General Principles
- Neutrality: EscrowCryptoGroup acts solely as an impartial custodian of funds; it does not advise on the merits of any transaction.
- Consent: All parties must expressly agree to these Rules and sign a binding escrow contract before any deposit is accepted.
Governance & Compliance
- Licensing: We maintain all required registrations and licenses with relevant financial and virtual-asset regulators.
- KYC/AML: Every user must complete identity verification and ongoing AML screening; transactions may be suspended pending satisfactory checks.
Operational Standards
- Contract Formation: Terms-including amount, conditions, and timelines-are codified in a smart contract or written agreement prior to deposit.
- Fund Custody: Crypto assets are held in multi-signature wallets or audited smart contracts until release conditions are met.

- Data Protection: We employ AES-256 encryption for sensitive data and enforce multi-factor authentication on all administrative access.
Client Conduct
- Lawful Use: Users must not use Services for illicit, defamatory, or fraudulent purposes.
- Accuracy: Clients are responsible for providing correct wallet addresses; EscrowCryptoGroup is not liable for misdirected funds.
Fees & Settlements

- Settlement Statement: Upon release or refund, a detailed breakdown-transaction hash, rates, and fees-is issued to both parties.
Dispute Handling
- Mediation Period: Parties have 14 days from deposit to flag disputes. During this time, funds remain locked.
- Arbitration: Unresolved disputes proceed to binding arbitration under [Governing Law], with final awards executed via smart contract.
